“Fine lines have a lot to do with the texture of your skin and the formulas of the products,” Brown says. “The only way to hack the system [a.k.a. fine lines] is with the right moisturizer that will almost create a cushion in your skin so the long-lasting makeup doesn’t get in your lines.” And Brown’s favorite formula (from her brand, Jones Road) is ideal for all skin types as it is lightweight, oil-free, and fragrance-free.

“I personally use the oil-free moisturizer in the summer months, or the warmer months, because with humidity it’s a great balance from using a heavy moisturizer that’s pretty oil-based,” Brown explains. “If it’s oil-free it will give you all the hydration without the oil.”

The Oil-Free Moisturizer also contains niacinamide, an ingredient with antioxidant properties that helps improve the appearance of pores, regulates sebum production, brightens the complexion, and hydrates skin. Niacinamide is paired with other star ingredients in the moisturizer, like hydrating squalene and glycerin for a powerhouse formula perfect for all skin types.

In a recent Instagram video, Brown says this formula is the “first oil-free moisturizer” that “does the trick” for her dry skin and “makes it so much better.” She also explains that it does a great job of not adding “shine” to the complexion without a “mattifying” effect.

“I love it. I think you guys are gonna love it,” she concluded. And she was right—the product is also a hit with fans. “Absolutely LOVE this moisture. It’s lightweight and so hydrating,” one fan commented. “It is the best for sure and I have tried many moisturizers ❤️,” another added.

Whether she’s sharing innovative formulas for improving fine lines and wrinkles or her top décolletage care tips, Brown has a great track record for sharing amazing, problem-solving skincare products—in fact, she’s shared another moisturizing product with her audience in the past.

While the beauty expert says the Oil-Free Moisturizer works for all skin types (even her very own dry complexion), anybody who feels like they may need a little more hydration and moisture might want to try the Jones Road Beauty Miracle Cream. Brown said the Miracle Cream is key for moisturizing mature, very dry skin types.
