• Andie MacDowell, 65, glowed on the 2023 Cannes Film Festival red carpet.
  • The star used the L’Oréal Paris 24 Hour Fresh Wear Foundation for her radiant complexion
  • The lightweight foundation offers buildable coverage and a natural-looking finish.

Andie MacDowell knows how to work a red carpet. It seems like just yesterday the 65-year-old actress made waves debuting her gray hair at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, or rocked that stunning green gown and rhinestone makeup during last year’s red carpet. This year’s shining moment? Her radiant complexion—which was thanks to L’Oréal Paris’ 24-Hour Fresh Wear Foundation.

MacDowell graced the red carpet wearing two stunning looks. The first, a chocolate brown, high-neck gown paired with an elegant updo, and the second, a sparkly black dress paired with loose waves. But the one thing each look had in common was her lit-from-within glow.

The top-rated foundation she used for both red carpets is available in 30 shades, making it ideal for finding your perfect match. It also offers up to 24 hours of wear, is non-comedogenic, is suitable for all skin types, and feels light and breathable on the skin.

The product boasts 4.5 out of five stars on Amazon and over 16,000 ratings; reviewers can’t stop raving about the product. “It makes your skin tone look soft, radiant, and even,” one reviewer wrote. “I have very sensitive skin, and this does not bother me at all. I would say it gives medium to near full coverage (it’s buildable), and looks beautiful and natural,” another added. “I have people ask me what kind of makeup I use because it makes my skin look pretty smooth and clear.”

MacDowell shared a number of pictures from the red carpet appearance, showing off her stunning looks. “My story with L’Oreal has been one of great pride. L’Oreal Paris encourages women to be everything they can, to value themselves, and know their worth,” she wrote in the caption.

The star’s fans couldn’t get enough of her red carpet moments, either. “You are glowing!” wrote one fan. “Timeless, gorgeous, human inside and out! 🙌🙌🔥❤️,” another added. “You look stunning 🤍! So happy you are part of #grayhairmovement!!!!” another fan wrote.

Many fans loved her gray hair moment in the comments. MacDowell debuted her gray strands at Cannes two years ago, which she previously said “was really important” and “helped me accept my authentic, true self.” Since then she’s been showing them off everywhere—from Cannes to Paris fashion week to Instagram posts and beyond.

In fact, the actress says she feels more “real and honest” with gray hair, and has become a role model for aging glamorously—gray or not.

Between her gorgeous gray hair and her radiant complexion, it’s safe to say MacDowell never disappoints. If you’re wondering what else she used to achieve her glow at Cannes, shop the rest of her go-to picks below:
