- Shiny and matte purple balloons
- String
- Green felt
- Hairband
- Glue
- Purple pants and tops
- Scissors
Materials:
- Inflate about 20 balloons (fewer for smaller children). Tie off each end with string, leaving a 3-inch tail. On a long piece of string, tie on each balloon about 8 inches apart. Cut balloon string end.
- Put on pants and tops. Wrap strung balloons around torso and tie.
- Cut leaf shapes from felt and glue onto hairband before putting on.
