Ingredients
- 3/4 oz.
Select Aperitivo (Aperol can work in a pinch)
- 3/4 oz.
sweet red vermouth (I use Contratto Rosso Vermouth)
- 1 tbsp.
100% cranberry juice
- 5 oz.
Prosecco, chilled
- 1
orange slice, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1In mixing glass filled with ice, stir aperitivo, vermouth, and juice to chill. Strain into chilled coupe and top with prosecco. Garnish with orange slice.
