Jennifer Aniston is no stranger to health and wellness. In fact, the 53-year-old is extremely open about her wellness routine, sharing that she is “committed to being mindful” of what goes into her body, and even opening up about her struggle with sleepwalking in the past. Aniston took to Instagram last week to make the very on-brand announcement. She posted a video promoting new products from Vital Proteins, with the caption: “I made a bar with @vitalproteins! They’re finally out TODAY 🥳 Hope you like them! 🙏🏼🤗❤️”

“Okay I gotta show you something,” the wellness icon says at the beginning of the video. “This is a Vital Proteins protein bar that I helped create, which was very exciting. It’s made with all of these delicious ingredients.”

As for the nutrition facts for the peanut butter fudge flavor bar, some of those premium ingredients that Aniston mentions include maca and maqui berry, while boasting 14 grams of protein, 6 grams of collagen peptides, at less than 200 calories per serving. To close the video, Aniston takes a bite and shakes her head, sighing “it’s just so good.”

Vital Proteins commented: “We 💙 creating these with you! So glad they’re finally here in not 1, not 2, but 3 flavors!! 🧊☕️🍫🥜🥥🌴 #wellnessisvital #vitalproteins” The new protein bars come in the following delicious flavors: peanut butter fudge, cold brew coffee, and dark chocolate coconut

Prior to the rollout of the new protein bars, Aniston regularly shared her love for the brand’s collagen and protein products. She even noted her go-to chocolate smoothie recipe using the Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Powder, which helps satisfy her sweet tooth while staying healthy.

The actress became Vital Proteins’ chief creative officer in 2020. When she announced her new role in the company, she shared: “I’ve always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out - and I’m so happy to share the importance of collagen. #StayVital”

Earlier this month Aniston shared an inspirational video montage with a nod to the beloved brand, hinting at the new launch. The montage featured clips of herself relaxing, frolicking, breathing, working out, and of course, consuming Vital Proteins products like their classic collagen protein powder and the new protein bars.

“What keeps me vital?” Aniston ponders over the various clips and photos. “Nowadays, the simple things are vital: a good cup of coffee, silent mode, the morning walks with the dogs. Friends are vital. When the pressure melts, breath is vital,” the star rejoices. “Beyond that it’s movement, rest, and vital proteins. Every moment is vital, because you are vital.”

Whether it’s her lessons on aging, her commitment to fitness (check out Aniston’s at-home workout routine!), or her passion for nutrition, the star continues to inspire. We can’t wait to try every flavor of the new protein bars and see what the wellness guru has in store for us next.
