One week ago, the Dancing With the Stars family gained one more tiny dancer. Former pro Allison Holker gave birth to her third child, Zaia Boss, with her husband Stephen "tWitch" Boss. She has been documenting her pregnancy journey on Instagram and is continuing with her postpartum experience.

Allison shared a mirror selfie wearing a sports bra and pants, baring her belly. She captioned the snap: "A week post baby! So impressed with what the body can do and handle. All women are SUPERHEROS!! Love your body, it’s incredible!!!" Allison included a handful of positive hashtags to round out her empowering post: "#postbaby #postpartum #body #love #appreciation #woman #womenstrong #strong #powerful."

Her fans flooded the postpartum selfie with praise and body-positive compliments, including "Warrior Babe alert" and "beautiful." Her husband tWitch hopped in the comments and shared, "Get em baby." Fellow Dancing With the Stars pro Jenna Johnson also had nothing but love to share, "❤️❤️❤️❤️"

Another fan shared, "You look stunning! A womans body is miraculous in so many ways. Own it!" I'd say mission accomplished—Allison is absolutely owning it.

The So You Think You Can Dance alum danced her way through her pregnancy, even at 40 weeks. She shared an adorable synchronized routine with her husband tWitch. Baby belly and all, Allison didn't miss a beat or a single step.

She's a super dancer and a superhero, just like she said.
