Kelly Ripa always knows how to make a bold statement, whether it be onscreen or on social media.

For most of her Hollywood career, fans of the Live co-host know her to have impeccable taste in fashion. Well, in a post uploaded on Kelly's Instagram on August 3, she showed off her flair for couture in a video taken behind the scenes of Generation Gap season 2. While folks saw her prepare for an on-camera moment with her glam team, they couldn't get enough of the outfit she chose to wear for the taping.

The All My Children alum stepped onto the soundstage wearing a buttoned-down black jumpsuit which opened into a slightly deep v-neckline. The top also had two matching pockets and straps with snaps sewn on just above the shoulders. As for the pants part of the ensemble, Kelly's look had a wider-legged silhouette and was accompanied by deep pockets at the sides. Pulling it all together was a cinched belt.

As much as the look was perfect for a game show, Kelly's moment didn't stop there.

For accessories, she wore a number of colorful necklaces that were layered on top of one another. Her signature blonde hair was blown out into a wavier style, with loose curls at the bottom. Along with a soft smoky eyeshadow, the Live Wire author wore a rosy blush and a rosy lip color.

Although viewers could see the look when Kelly appeared on television, they couldn't stop raving about it when the clip started going viral on the internet.

"Love the outfit wow! You look amazing always," one person exclaimed on Instagram. "You look stunning!! We love the show 🫶," a different follower rejoiced. "You look so beautiful Kelly! Absolutely glowing 🥰," another agreed.

If this is how she looks on primetime television, we'll keep our eyes peeled for what Kelly plans to wear for daytime!
