Amazon is at it again! Last month, the company announced a second Amazon Prime Day will take place on October 11 and October 12, 2022. This sale is a golden opportunity to shop Amazon's Black Friday deals six weeks before Thanksgiving.
Get your virtual shopping carts ready, because the retailer is promising savings across all product categories, including electronics, fashion and accessories, home, kitchen, pets, top toys, Christmas decorations and Amazon devices, as well as the "lowest prices of the year" on select products from national brands. Typically, Amazon Prime Day is an annual event. Prime Day started in 2015 to commemorate the company's 20th anniversary, and since then, it has happened once per year, offering steep discounts across all product categories for two days with one major caveat — only Amazon Prime members can shop the sale. The Amazon Prime Early Access Sale is the company's first expansion of a member-exclusive sale outside of Prime Day. For the first time ever, there will be two Amazon Prime Days in 2022.
How long does Amazon Prime Early Access Sale last?
Just like Amazon Prime Day, the Black Friday Early Access Sale is a two-day event. That means you only have 48 hours to score the biggest savings. However, much like regular Prime Day, we are already seeing noteworthy early sales and expect to see even more deals following the event. What does Amazon Prime cost in 2022?
Only Amazon Prime subscribers will be able to shop the Prime Day October sale.
